Well... my order arrived without any issues and the products themselves are really good. The only downside was getting hit with international duties/fees that I wasn’t expecting, which made the total a lot higher than I’d planned. I just wish that had been clearer during checkout. Overall, not a bad experience, just a bit frustrating...

I had to send back a couple things because I totally ordered the wrong size, my bad. The return instructions were super easy to follow, and I got my refund way faster than I thought I would. Customer service was really nice too, which was a big plus. it made me feel way better about ordering from framar.com again...

I’ve ordered from Framar a handful of times now, i feel good about it. The prices seem fair for the quality, and the foils and brushes have held up way better than the cheaper ones I used to buy. I’m not constantly replacing stuff anymore, which is a win. Shipping was totally fine too, not lightning fast, but no problems at all. Overall, it’s good value, and I’ll definitely keep ordering.

I went in hoping to grab a few specific things, but once again too many items were out of stock. It’s frustrating, and it feels like the shelves aren’t being checked or handled with much care. I get that things run out, but this has happened enough times now that it’s getting annoying

I actually like their products, which is why this was so frustrating. When I needed help, customer service took ages to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply felt rushed and not very helpful. My issue did get sorted in the end, but it was way more hassle than it should’ve been. i felt kind of stupid for trusting them to handle it properly.

I got these gloves from framar.com, and for the kind of work I’m using them for, they’ve been really good so far. They fit snug without feeling like they’re cutting off circulation, and they stay in place instead of sliding around, which is one of the main things I care about.
I also like that they’re comfortable for longer stretches and my hands don’t get super sweaty like they have with some other gloves. If I were using them for something messier, I’d probably want the cuff to be just a little longer, so that’s the only reason I’d take off a star. Still, for everyday use, I’m happy with them

I was impressed with this foil because it feels strong, tears cleanly, holds its shape, and once I wrapped it around food or covered a pan it didn’t slide around or loosen up at all, which is exactly what I was hoping for since I’ve used other foil that bunches up or slips the second you touch it
